Restoring an iPhone 3G to 3.1.3 iOS 4 on Snow Leopard

Since the update my iPhone 3G version 3.1.3 to iOS 4 I met numerous delays and jerks, especially in games. As few new features granted to the iPhone 3G are not essential to me, I decided to do a downgrade to version 3.1.3 which, without being complicated, however, calls to follow the instructions.

Restoring SQL Server

Following the sudden and simultaneous death of two of the three hard drives connected in RAID 5 on my server SQLServer 2000 (as what is possible), I had to urgently rebuild a new server. As a reminder you can lose a hard drive in a RAID 5 without losing data, beyond you lose everything ... I detail here the steps I followed to fully restore the data.
